This Privacy Policy explains how The App handles information when used inside a ChatGPT conversation. The App appears within the conversational flow and provides an ephemeral user interface during the chat.

2.1 Information you provide

None. The App does not request personal information (such as name, email address, phone number), does not provide account creation, and does not require sign-in.

2.2 Content you enter into The App

Not stored by us. The App is designed to be ephemeral. We do not store the text, selections, or other inputs you provide in The App, and we do not store The App's outputs.

2.3 Device and usage data (logs)

No application logs. We do not operate or retain application/server logs intended to record user activity or identify users.

Note: Hosting providers and network infrastructure can sometimes generate transient operational data while delivering a service. Spheric Admin Ltd does not intentionally retain such data for The App and configures The App to avoid logging where feasible.

3) Cookies and tracking

• No analytics tracking. We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or profiling technologies in The App.
• No third-party tracking. The App does not embed third-party trackers or load third-party resources for tracking purposes.

4) How we use information

Because we do not collect or store The App's inputs or personal information, we do not use such data for profiling, advertising, marketing, or sale.

5) Data sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share The App input content because we do not store it. The App does not send data to third-party services or APIs.

6) Data retention

• Logs: None retained by us for The App.

7) Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect The App and its hosting environment. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8) ChatGPT / OpenAI platform processing

The App runs within ChatGPT. Your use of ChatGPT (including chat content, account details, and platform telemetry) is governed by OpenAI's terms and privacy practices, not this policy. This policy covers only Spheric Admin Ltd's handling of data through The App.

9) Children's privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10) International use

This is a global policy. The App may be accessed from multiple jurisdictions. We do not store The App's inputs or personal information through The App.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Effective date" above when changes are made.
